Parking situation could be improved.

The heated pool created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
I was disappointed to find that my room had no window, making it feel quite gloomy after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the room's lack of soundproofing allowed for noise from adjacent guests and the courtyard to filter in, which disrupted my peace. Lastly, the breakfast fruit served was often past its prime, which was an unfortunate way to start the day.

I was nearly impressed until I found the room, not only without a window, but with thin walls—how quaint. And I had to remind staff about replacing the towel soaked from the shower. A complimentary upgrade would have been the least they could do for such inconveniences, but I see they only cater to regular guests. What a disappointment.

Absolutely loved the heated pool! The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Only downside was some noise in the hallways, but we managed. Breakfast with chilaquiles was a treat! 🌮

A room without a window is just not ideal!!! Stronger wifi needed, as it barely worked in the room!!! Be mindful of the noise from other guests in adjacent rooms and the courtyard!!! More hooks for wet bathing suits might be useful!!!

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The luxurious suite with a queen bed offered direct access to the heated pool, providing a perfect retreat. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh bread and delectable chilaquiles that truly energize your morning!
Parking can be a bit frustrating, which detracts from the overall experience. The surrounding area appears somewhat run down, but the hotel's interior is an unexpected oasis of modern beauty.
